§ 545.30. Funds due deceased inmates.

Funds due a deceased inmate for work performed and not yet paid shall be made to a legal representative of the inmate's estate or in accordance with the laws of descent and distribution of the state of the inmate's domicile. \[49 FR 38915, Oct. 1, 1984.
